Content Licenses


Sales Training International offers perpetual (lifetime) licenses to use its content, including Web-Based Training (WBT), Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Diagnostic Surveys, Checklists, and Questionnaires, and other published assets.

The licensed content can be customized as needed by the licensee or by us. The ILT content (trainer and participant manuals and handouts) is provided with minimal formatting for ease of rebranding. The WBT includes the customizable editions in Articulate Storyline or Dreamweaver, as well as the published editions.

The content may not be used on the open market in competition with Sales Training International.

Objections are legitimate criticisms about your products, services, company, and self, based on what the prospect currently knows. It means that prospects can make “new favorable decisions” once they get new or redefined information that answers the “criticisms.” Your competitors’ strengths trigger objections.
